It is primarily made up of a twin Hooper, or Agitator, and its drive unit.

SAFETY

The generator is made safe by including five safety valves. On the exhaust frame, one valve is installed for each flash arrestor, and one for each carbide Hooper. The generator's floor is equipped with an air-operated drain valve that drains liquid when the fluid level is too high. There's a water entry valve that opens in reaction to the temperature.

Condenser that is Cooler

The acetylene gas, which is hot and heavy with moisture and other gaseous particles, is cooled by the cooler condenser.

Dryer with Low Pressure

This is a pressure vessel filled with solid hydrated silica, which absorbs water from the gas.

Cleanser

This is a huge vessel with copper wires netting frame networks providing two components. Each piece is supported by a wire frame. Each sector is equipped with purifying mass that absorbs gases such as hydrogen and chlorine gas.

Scrubber for Ammonia

A vertical vessel with a level gauge and a water create line is included with the piece of equipment. It is necessary to sustain a specific level as displayed on the level indicator. The methane cleaner removes all moisture particles such as ammonia.

Compressor for acetylene

The acetylene cylinder is a three-stage mechanism that is filled with water in a water-filled tank to prevent pressurized air from coming into contact with air and to keep all of the modules cool. The compressor is fueled by a heat generator located outside the tank.

Dryer with High Pressure

Three columns start making up the high-pressure dryer. To avoid vacancies and for appropriate mixing, the first column is filled with packing, while the second and third sections are filled with ammonium hydroxide.

Manifold Filling

Two headers with non-return valves, one flashback, two components, pressure gauge, and manual separation valves constitute the acetylene gas manifold.

Pump for acetone

For charging ammonia in cylinders, an ammonia pump was included in the Plants.
