Covid-19 infections rise across Europe, Austria enforces a lockdown on unvaccinated persons

As winter approaches and diseases grow across Europe, Austria placed a lockdown on anyone who hadn't been vaccinated against coronavirus with Germany proposing tougher restrictions and the United Kingdom extending its booster scheme to include younger adults.

Europe has indeed become the epicenter of the pandemic, causing several governments to consider re-imposing restrictions in the run-up to Christmas, as well as a debate as to whether immunizations and increasing rate of oxygen plant alone are sufficient to combat Covid-19.
