1] For cylinder filling, Oxygen Gas 99.7% at 155(200 opt.) Pressure and Nitrogen gas at 0.1 bar are used.
2] For oxygen plant and nitrogen cylinder filling, oxygen gas purity is 99.7% at 155 bar, and nitrogen gas purity is 99.9% (up to 99.99 or RPM option) at 155 bar.
3] For cylinder filling, oxygen gas 99.7% at 155(200 opt.) bar and nitrogen gas at 0.1 bar, as well as liquid oxygen/nitrogen.
