Condenser for Acetylene

We exclusively use the most recent and technologically advanced cooler condenser to cool the hot and burdened with moisture and other gaseous impurities acetylene gas generator. It improves the plant's effectiveness and lifespan. The hot acetylene gas exiting the generator carries some liquid water and other particles with it. The condenser cools the gas and solidifies any surplus moisture in preparations for its removal. Dryer with Low Pressure

The low-pressure dryer is a pressure vessel filled with pure hydrated silica, which absorbs water from the gas. We ensure that this is durable, long-lasting, and of the best quality. If some moisture is required for the chemical purifier to function properly, a by-pass is provided to allow some or all of the gas to be directly admitted into the chemical purifier.

Filling Manifold for Acetylene

Cleaning the acetylene manifold system to eliminate corrosion and scales should be done on a regular basis (iron rust rushing through the pipeline at high speed could generate a spark and cause fire). The pig tails (flexible hose pipes) used to fill the cylinders must also be cleaned to prevent them from bursting open during the filling process.

Pump for acetone

Panel of Control

The level controller is a one-of-a-kind gadget for controlling the generator at a specific level. Water can enter the carbide hop if the water level rises above normal. Gas pressure will slowly build in the generator if all of the gas generated cannot be taken in by the compression and passed on the filling manifold, either owing to insufficient compressor capacity or rapid generation. When the gas pressure reaches the stakeholders (about 0.5 kg/cm2), carbide charging is immediately turned off, and gas generation is ended.
