In anticipation of a third wave of the pandemic, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai inaugurated an oxygen generator plant at JSS Hospital in the city on Sunday. The two VSA Oxygen plants produce 1,000 litres of oxygen per minute and are able to ensure an additional supply of 300 beds if required.

 

The VSA Oxygen Generator is a closed-loop system that produces the highest level of pure O2 available anywhere. The standard model is capable of generating nearly 100 pounds per day of pure oxygen in a typical warehouse environment.
